We aim to dispatch your order in 1-2 business days with Parcelforce 24 hour tracked delivery service. If there is going to be any delay, we will keep you posted!

If there is a fault with your parasol please contact us via email within 7 days of delivery and we will either replace or provide you with a returns label.

Unfortunately not at this point, but do drop us a line as we can recommend a few sold by national retailers that we use. On that note, we recommend a minimum base weight of 20kg if you are shopping around.

Subject to availability we will always offer you a discount for more than three parasols purchased together!
