1. Terms of Return
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your parasol for a refund or exchange.
2. Condition for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The parasol must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- All original tags, accessories, and proof of purchase must be included.
- Returns due to change of mind may be subject to a restocking fee of 7%.
3. Reasons for Return
We accept returns for the following reasons:
- Damaged or defective products: If your parasol arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
- Incorrect product received: If you receive the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping and send the correct product.
- Unsatisfactory purchase: If you are not happy with your parasol, we accept returns as long as the item meets the return conditions.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Support Team via support@staycationvintageparasols.com or 07754 495544 with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
- Pack the parasol securely in its original packaging and include the RAN inside the package.
- Ship the item to the provided return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2 business days after approval.
- If the product does not meet return conditions, we may offer a partial refund or return the item to you at your expense.
- If you prefer, we can issue a store credit or exchange instead of a refund.
