How long does delivery to the USA take?

Delivery to the USA typically takes between 5–10 business days from dispatch, depending on location and customs processing.

Is shipping tracked?

Yes. All orders are sent using tracked delivery services so you can follow your parcel from dispatch to arrival.

Are parasol bases included?

No. Parasol bases are sold separately unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Are your parasols waterproof?

Our parasols are made from water-resistant fabrics and are suitable for light showers. However, they are not designed to be left outdoors in prolonged wet weather and should be stored appropriately when not in use.

Can I leave my parasol outside?

We recommend closing and storing your parasol during strong winds and adverse weather conditions. Always ensure the canopy is completely dry before storing.

Do your parasols provide UV protection?

Yes. Our parasol canopies provide UV50+ protection to help shield you from harmful UV rays while enjoying outdoor living.

No. Many of our collections are produced in limited batches to maintain quality and exclusivity. As a result, some designs may sell out during peak periods.

Are pre-orders charged immediately?

Yes. Pre-orders reserve stock from an upcoming delivery and are charged at the time of purchase. Estimated arrival dates are displayed on the relevant product pages.
