We aim to ensure every parasol arrives safely and in excellent condition. Please read the information below regarding delivery times, shipping arrangements and pre-order items.
UK & International Delivery
We ship throughout the United Kingdom and selected international destinations. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the size of the item and delivery destination.
In-Stock Items
Parasols that are in stock are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days of receiving your order. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation by email.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.
Pre-Order Items
Some products are offered on a pre-order basis. Estimated arrival dates are displayed on the relevant product pages.
If you purchase a pre-order item, your parasol will be dispatched once stock arrives with us and has been prepared for shipment. While we aim to meet all estimated delivery dates, delays outside of our control can occasionally occur. If there are any significant changes to the estimated delivery schedule, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Delivery Information
Please ensure that all delivery details are entered correctly when placing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays or additional delivery charges resulting from incorrect address information.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may leave instructions for rearranging delivery or collection. Any additional charges incurred due to failed delivery attempts may be the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged Deliveries
We take great care in packaging our products. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and within 14 days of delivery. Where possible, please include photographs of both the packaging and the item so that we can resolve the issue promptly.
International Shipping
We are pleased to offer international shipping to a growing number of destinations.
Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on location and will be calculated at checkout where available. If your country is not currently available at checkout, please contact us directly and we will be happy to provide a bespoke shipping quotation.
Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties, taxes or import charges, which remain the responsibility of the customer.
